As soon as I reached out to Billy, he got us in same exact day to see a property. I had explained we were on a tight deadline to purchase a home before our son’s first birthday & he put us right at ease letting us know it was possible. Within 3 weeks, Billy was able to work around our schedules and still get us in to see about 40 homes. We had an offer approved on a home within a month & closed shortly after that. He is extremely responsive, great communicator and very knowledgeable! He was so patient with us as first time home buyers and took the time to explain the process to us from start to finish and answer any questions that came up during our process! I have no idea how he juggles so many clients and still makes you feel like you’re the only client he has! I can’t recommend Billy enough as an amazing realtor!
